Cittaslow International Meets the Emilia-Romagna Regional Legislative Council

BOLOGNA — Cittaslow International President Filippo Sacchetti held an official meeting in Bologna with Maurizio Fabbri, President of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Legislative Council, at the seat of the Regional Legislative Council.
The meeting marked the starting point of a new structural cooperation between Cittaslow International and the Emilia-Romagna Region, with several fields of joint work on the table.
The Cittaslow delegation included Marco Moglia, Mayor of Borgo Val di Taro and Vice President of Cittaslow International, and Pier Giorgio Oliveti, Secretary General of Cittaslow International. Regional Councillor Alice Parma also took part in the meeting.
This new partnership is set to strengthen the ties between the Cittaslow network and one of Italy's most active regions in supporting sustainable territorial development, quality of life, and the slow philosophy that defines the Cittaslow movement.
