Elena Carletti
Mayor of Novellara - Member of Internatioanal Coordinating Committee
Elena Carletti has been elected Mayor of Novellara in May 2014. She graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Parma, and she completed her education with masters in European Cultures and Planning. She began her political career in 1999, as a member of the city council. In 2004 she became a member of the provincial council of Reggio Emilia. She has been teaching English since 2011, and she also works as an entrepreneur within an international network
