A special moment at the World Island Expo in Yeosu: Secretary General Pier Giorgio Oliveti and Mayor Angelo Pulvirenti of Nicolosi Cittaslow welcomed Dr Vincenzo Tamarindo 🎖️, Counsellor for City Diplomacy and Economic Affairs at the Embassy of Italy in Seoul, to the Cittaslow stand.
On this occasion, he was presented with the Cittaslow Manifesto for the 21st Century 📜✍️, approved at the 2026 General Assembly in Greve in Chianti — a bridge connecting the international network of cities committed to good living with Italian diplomacy in Korea 🤝🌏
Cittaslow is represented in Yeosu by Italy 🇮🇹, Spain 🇪🇸 and Türkiye 🇹🇷, together with the 15 Korean Cittaslow towns 🇰🇷
