Geographical area
Fuli Cittaslow of Fuchuan is located in Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. Centering on the Shenxian lake ecological leisure park, the town is around 25 square kilometers in size and has jurisdiction over 12 village committes, 31 natural villages and 8680 households with a population of 49,318.

History
Fuli town is inhabited by Yao and Han nationalities and it has become part of Fuchuan since the 4th year of Kaibao period in the Song Dynasty. It is the core agricultural demonstration zones in Guangxi with modern characteristics, the educational base of ecological civilization for college students in China, the national women's demonstration base, and demonstration zone of quality safety of national exported food and agricultural products.

Economy
Taking recycling agriculture with high value, ecological sightseeing agriculture and tourism of health preserving and leisure as leading industries, Fuli town boasts such commercial crops as rice, pollution-free vegetable and fruits like cirus. The per capita net income is 15,000 in 2014.
Presence of Slow Food presidia (address of Slow Food policy and Convivium leader's name and surname, tel. e-mail).

The Slow Food presidia takes the inheritance of local cooking culture as the starting point and praises highly the cooking way to prolong life and keep good health that chooses local pollution-free food material, adopts the traditional cooking methods and uses traditional tableware and porcelain.

Indications of one or more requirements and/or Projects already implemented among the most significative ones which express of being Cittaslow.

1 Successfully create sea of flowers, the first-stage project of which has been finished and open to public on October 1st in 2015 with an area of 550 mu.
2 Through remaking the old dwellings, Maocaowu leisure and vacation farm of Shenxian lake has been completed.
3 All villages are greened, beautified and brightened according to the mode of "micro countryside".
4 Old buildings and dwellings have undergone renovations based on the idea of "restoring the old as the old".
5 Signboards and guide maps in every scenic spot, crossroad and key area are further perfected.
6 Build 10 kilometers of asphalt road in the main stems,10 kilometers of bikeway and another 10 of footpath around the lake respectively. A batch of sightseeing stacks, viewing decks, propaganda corridors and public toilets have been built.

According to the development orientation of "combining agriculture with tourism", we have reached strategic cooperation agreements on developing tourism with many domestically famous enterprises and strive to make Fuchuan a tourism destination of Chinese Yao town for ecological leisure, health preserving and vacation. For example, we have cooperated with Hunan A Riot of Color Ecological Agriculture Sightseeing Development Limited for the project of sea of flowers in Shenxian lake, a sightseeing agriculture project and with Guilin China International Travel Service Limited, we found a joint venture named Lvzhifu Tourism Investment Limited Company, and exploit Sword and Stone Forest, a tourism project of leisure and health preserving.
