About the event
Law, culture and sustainability of food will be discussed on Tuesday, April 28 at 3 p.m. in the Central Office of the University of Parma (ex Historical Library of Public Law, via Università 12), in the Cittaslow round table, between sustainability and food policies. The initiative closes the cycle of seminars promoted in collaboration between the master's course in Global Food Law: Sustainability Challenges and Innovation of the Department of Jurisprudence, Political and International Studies (Department of Excellence 2023-2027) and Cittaslow International.
The appointment constitutes a moment of restitution and synthesis of four seminars held between February and March 2026 in various Italian cities - Parrano, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Mulazzo and Gioi - which tackled, from interdisciplinary perspectives, some key issues related to the contemporary agri-food system.
