Konferencja "Cross-sectoral cooperation and social participation in the implementation of the local governments tasks"
On behalf of the Municipality and City of Sianów - the leader of the international project "Co-decision, Co-Makers Common Europe" and the Polish Cittaslow Association - a project partner, we warmly invite you to Sianów for the conference " CROSS-SECTORAL COOPERATION AND SOCIAL PARTICIPATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TASKS."
The conference will take place in Sianów on April 12th, 2023, at the Zorza Cinema from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and will be a summary of the Cittaslow cities international project in Poland and Italy, co-financed by the European Commission. The meeting will address, among other things, cooperation between local government units and social organizations and residents in the current implementation of local government tasks, as well as the best examples in Poland recognized by the European Commission in the area of social economy, education, and social services.
Among the invited speakers will be local government officials from the region, from Warmia and Mazury, and from the Italian municipality of Asolo (as members of the International Association of Cittaslow Good Life Cities), scientists from Koszalin University of Technology and Warmia-Mazury University, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations and regional development agencies (the Science for Environment Foundation and KARR S.A.).
