Portugal - "Oficinas de Sabores"

São Brás de Alportel (P) - We are working in some other projects like " Oficinas de Sabores" na Quinta do Peral , on the third Sunday of each month we do a workshop about gastronomy with a special invited person to do and explained to the participants how to do some food preparations. I started the first "Oficina" with vegetables cakes, you can go and see in "Localvisão- TV " 

On the next day 24 February we are going too start another project called "Km 0" ( kilometer Zero) a common project with Municipality, projecto " PROVE"and the Slowfood Algarve Convivium .
This project intend to promote the contacts between local productions and farmers and the local restaurants; for them , together buy the local products and do the menus in restaurants with those products. Selling direct from farmer to restaurants

In Sao Bras have been set up cooking and Hotel Management courses in a secondary school. Here below some pictures
