PASTA DI NOCCIOLE
The hazelnut paste is our specialty based on hazelnuts of the Roman round variety. The pasta is made by toasting the hazelnuts and grinding them with stone grinders. This preparation gives rise to a splendid pasta that can be used in coffee, to make sweets or simply spread on bread.
