Library and municipal museums: the initiatives of June

Library Baldini and municipal museums are preparing summer with many initiatives and activities. Since June also change the opening times: the Historical Archaeological Museum is also open on Tuesday and Friday evening from 21.30 to 23.30 with free admission during the months of June, July and August, while from Thursday, 16 June (until 14 September) Baldini library will be open from Monday to Saturday from 8 to 13.30 and on Thursday will make the lunch break from 8 to 19. For the entire month of June also continued the initiative "Coffee museum ": every Sunday from 10.30 to 12.30 at Musas will be offered a fair trade coffee to visitors.

Sunday, June 5 is scheduled for traditional BookCrossing-Books in freedom: from 16.30 to 19.30 in the halls of Musas you can leave your own book and get a new one, combining a visit to the museum with the pleasure of reading. Sunday, June 12 from 16.30 to 19.30 at the Met back instead Toycrossing, the game of the exchange of games and toys for all families, in an unusual place which the museum.

Monday 13 and Tuesday, June 21 and Saturday, July 2 Baldini Library organizes three meetings dedicated to "Achille Franchini (1870-1966). A surgeon, a doctor, a community "scheduled exhibitions and conferences devoted to the doctor with his social commitment has left a strong mark in Santarcangelo community (soon the full program of events will be available).

 

As every summer back again this year the puppet shows: to inaugurate the exhibition, Thursday, June 23 to 21 at the Met The Vladimiro Strinati company that offers "fish, mermaids and sailors", an immersion in the sea of ​​fairy tales, including fish and coral, mermaids and sailors. In case of rain the show will take place at Supercinema.

Always dedicated to puppets, from June 23 until August 28 to Met will also visit the exhibition of photographs by Mauro Foli "A world of fantasy". The festival will continue Thursday, May 30 at 21 at the Met with the show by Luca Ronga "The Giuratelle Pulcinella."

 

The exhibition (R) Summer in the Library offers, as well as numerous books for the vacationer readings, many workshops and activities for children. It starts Wednesday, June 8 with "At Baldini learn to play chess ... having fun!", Free chess workshop led by Mauro Casadei of "Circle Chess DLF Rimini". The initiative is reserved for children from 6 to 10 years and will be held every Wednesday morning at 10 am (Information and reservations: 333/5278697).

 

From Thursday, June 16 instead begins the English workshop for children conducted by Francesca Canducci. The meetings scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, 16, 23 and June 30, 21 and 28 July and 4 August, will take place in a playful and communicative context: do not need notebooks, books and pens. In the time period from 16.30 to 17.30 the workshop, organized in collaboration with the Association Noi della Rocca, it is for children 4 to 7 years, and from 17.45 to 18.45 for children from 8 to 11 years. Finally, Thursday, June 30 to 17 is in the laboratory of animated fables program "History of a Violaciocca" conducted by Sara Ronci. The initiative, organized in collaboration with the association "A Drop for the Mondo Onlus", is reserved for a maximum of 20 children from 6 to 10 years (if the smaller the presence of an adult is required).
