Day 1 – Friday 25.06.2010

Arrival of foreign delegates at “Incheon” International Airport.
Meeting of the Steering Committee of Cittaslow.

8.00 pm  Welcoming Evening Reception Party at the Restaurant "La Luce"

Day 2 – Saturday 26.06.2010

The 2010 Cittaslow International Assembly in Seoul Museum of History

IMPORTANT NOTE: As Stated on Cittaslow Statute, will be admitted for the vote, participants who are to date in compliance with the payment of the Cittaslow annual fee of joining only.

9.00am - 9.30am        Registration.

9.30am - 10.30am     Welcome address by Prof. bon sohn, Coordinator Cittaslow Corea Network.

Opening address by President Gian Luca Marconi. 

Congratulatory address by Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Inchon Yu.

Keynote speech by psychologist Christian Mikunda, author of "Brand Lands, Hot Spots & Cool Spaces" (2004).

10.30am - 12.30pm  Discussion & Projects (Presentations maximum time 5 minutes, note: Will be considered those booked only)

Coffee break.

12.30pm - 2.30pm  Cittaslow Activities.

2.30pm - 4.00pm  Outside lunch & Photo exhibitions of worldwide Cittaslows.

4.00pm - 6.30pm  Slow Walking around Gwanghwamun Plaza, Gyeongbok Palace, and Hanok Village.

6.30pm - 7.30pm  Traditional Korean Performance.

7.30pm - 9.30pm  Dinner Party at the Restaurant Samcheonggak

10.00 pm   Accommodation: Hotel Vabien Suites (t. +82 2 6399  0113~4 / www.vabienseoul.com )

Day 3 – Sunday 27.06.2010

8.00am - 12.30pm     Low carbon trip from Seoul to Mokpo

4-hour performances on "Lady Bird" , a special designed train.

Cooking "Bibimbap", a Korean world renowned slow food.

Introduction video to Korean Cittaslows and Korean tourism.

The trip is accompanied by Cittaslow mayors and their company, and domestic / foreign journalists.

2.00pm - 10pm   Cittaslow Shinan

Hands-on experience on mud flat & salt farm.

Visit a salt restaurant, a salt cave, and Recycled Musical Instrument Park.

Enjoy the "Dark Sky" program. 

10.00pm   Accommodation: Hotel Eldorado Resort           

Day 4 – Monday 28.06.2010

10.00am Cittaslow Jangheung: Organic Brunch

2.00pm -5.30pm        Cittaslow Hadong: The 3rd Cittaslow Global Forum of Hadong 

New Slow Age: "The Happiness concept evolving through Cittaslows" 

To enhance the quality of life applying the slow experience of the little towns.

In collaboration with the Scientific Committee of Cittaslow International.   

5.30pm - 9.30pm     Green Slow Meditation Walking

Temple stay in Ssanggyesa Temple & Monk Hyeongak's sermon.

Day 5 – Tuesday 29.06.2010

9.00am   Return to Seoul

2.00pm   Arrival in Seoul
